Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Grants: Identify donors, grants (e.g., FCRA-eligible if applicable), and corporate partnerships; prepare proposals and track funding pipelines.

Program Development: Design and monitor initiatives in social welfare areas like education or healthcare, ensuring alignment with Section 8 objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with communities, volunteers, and government bodies; organize events and awareness campaigns.

Reporting and Compliance: Maintain donor reports, impact metrics, and internal records; support annual filings like Form AOC-4 and MGT-7.

Resource Management: Oversee budgets, partnerships, and basic admin; collaborate with directors on strategy without profit distribution.
